DISSEMINATION & PUBLIC OUTREACH:

AMPLIFYING INNOVATION ACROSS THE VALUE CHAIN

The ultimate success of a EU project is defined by its ability to transition from technical discovery to societal impact. Beyond scientific recognition, a project’s value is realized when its findings actively shape industry standards, consumer behaviours, and policy priorities. A common issue, however, is the fragmentation of information, where project results remain within specialized networks rather than being integrated into the broader market.

Effective systemic change requires the translation of these complex technical findings into clear, accessible insights. To ensure that project outcomes drive the circular economy, these results must be communicated in a way that provide value to the entire ecosystem—empowering SMEs to adopt new practices, informing consumer choices, and providing regulators with the evidence-based data needed for future legislative frameworks.

Through our proprietary publishing platforms (foodtimes.eu and greatitialianfoodtrade.it) and other professional digital outlets, we transform complex technical-legal project results into actionable insights. We amplify the project’s impact by reaching a specialized audience of industry leaders and policymakers, ensuring the consortium’s achievements resonate across the entire agrifood value chain.

We move beyond standard “dissemination” (spreading information) to “active outreach” (engaging for impact). By leveraging our established professional journals, we provide the consortium with an immediate, high-authority gateway to the global agrifood sector, reaching both institutional stakeholders and millions of consumers without the delay of traditional publishing cycles.

Our track record across major EU-funded initiatives proves our ability to secure widespread visibility and trust:

In the WASTELESS project, we utilized our technical digital outlets to simplify the complexities of blockchain-based waste monitoring. By translating “data fragmentation” solutions into accessible professional articles, we ensured that the project’s findings reached the logistics and sustainability managers of major food enterprises, bridging the gap between digital R&D and industrial adoption.

For the CAMELMILK project, dissemination was critical to overcoming cultural and regulatory barriers. Through our proprietary platforms, we highlighted the nutritional benefits and the “superfood” status of camel milk, reaching a global audience and generating the market demand necessary to support Mediterranean smallholders as they entered the EU market.

As a key partner in the ProFuture project and Horizon4Proteins cluster, we utilized our outlets to advocate for the microalgae sector. By publishing in-depth legal-technical analyses of Novel Food authorisation processes, we provided a trusted voice to understand EFSA requirements for every actor operating in the agrifood system, also highlighting the position of the consortium’s research for the European protein transition.

In the EcoeFISHent project, we relied on our professional platforms to disseminate best-practice manuals for blue circularity. By showcasing the successful upcycling of fishing side-streams to our vast network of agribusiness professionals, we helped turn a regional pilot into a European benchmark for eco-efficient valorisation.

Leveraging our proprietary outlets (such as Great Italian Food Trade – GIFT and Foodtimes.eu) to publish technical-legal insights in multiple languages (Italian, English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic).

Crafting specialized content for policymakers and regulatory bodies to ensure results influence future legislative reforms.

Simplifying highly technical project outputs (e.g., toxicological data or AI algorithms) into “market-ready” narratives for SMEs and consumers.

Coordinating the consortium’s presence across professional social networks, industry events, and digital media to ensure a unified and authoritative voice.

By partnering with us, your consortium leverages an existing professional network, avoiding the need to build a specialized audience from the ground up. We provide access to established communication channels that connect directly with stakeholders in the agrifood and environmental sectors. Our role is to ensure that your scientific achievements are translated into clear, professional narratives that reach the industry leaders and policy-shapers who influence the global food system.
