In large-scale EU projects—often involving 30+ partners and multi-million-euro budgets—traditional project management frequently falls short. The complexity does not just lie in meeting deadlines, but in ensuring that every technical output remains strictly aligned with the grant agreement’s specialized commitments and the EU’s rigorous reporting standards. Without a “technical-legal compass,” consortia risk significant setbacks during mid-term reviews or, worse, the production of results that are legally non-compliant with EU market standards.

OUR APPROACH: SPECIALIZED SUPPORT FOR COORDINATORS

We provide specialized support to project coordinators by ensuring that technical tasks and specific work packages are executed with regulatory accuracy. By acting as a technical-legal compass, we guarantee the consortium’s progress remains strictly aligned with the commitments and reporting standards defined in the grant agreement, facilitating a smooth and compliant flow toward the project objectives.

Unlike generalist management firms, our oversight is rooted in the agrifood and life sciences sectors. We bridge the gap between scientific R&D and administrative excellence, ensuring that the “technical” and the “legal” move in perfect synchronization.

LESSONS FROM THE FIELD: MANAGING COMPLEXITY AT SCALE

Our experience in working within complex multi-partner work packages proves our ability to maintain project momentum under pressure:

Collaboration in Vast Consortia

In the 40 partners-consortium of the EcoeFISHent project, we worked at the delicate interface between green extraction technologies and institutional validation. We managed to harmonize the interests of diverse industrial clusters while maintaining the strict “Circular Regulatory Architecture” required by the European Commission.

Synchronizing Cross-Border Workflows

In the CamelMilk project, we lead WP5 (Regulatory Issues and Legislation), coordinating 15 partners across Algeria, Turkey, and the EU. Our role involved managing the flow of historical data and safety evidence across borders, ensuring that the diverse research activities of Mediterranean universities aligned with the unified requirements of EU Regulation 2015/2283.

Data Integrity and Reporting

As the Technical-Legal Mediator for 29 partners of the WASTELESS project, we oversee the management of high-sensitivity data. We ensured that digital monitoring tools—such as AI and Blockchain—met the stringent data integrity standards of the JRC and Eurostat, preventing administrative bottlenecks during reporting phases.

Risk Mitigation and R&D Guidance

We provide management support that goes beyond spreadsheets. In the ProFuture project, we integrate the “Joint Authorization” roadmap into the project’s timeline, ensuring that R&D investments in microalgae are strategically timed to coincide with EFSA safety notifications, thus avoiding late-stage project stalls.
